Pierce attended W.P Carey School of business earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. Pierce's broad understanding of business operations were fostered during his time at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where Pierce completed their Corporate Law track, receiving extensive education and foundational experience in corporate formation and governance while obtaining his Juris Doctor. While not offered as a focus, Pierce pursued electives and classes focused and centered on issues affecting real estate as a way to learn about his true passion and interest. Pierce returned to Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he was awarded an LL.M in Taxation with a focus on issues related to real estate, business entities, transactions, management, investments and financing.
